NYC Launches Housing Court “Fast Track”
New York City has launched a new Housing Court “fast track” designed to expedite cases involving serious building conditions. The new process applies to certain matters involving vacate orders, building-wide immediately hazardous conditions, elevator outages, and Article 7A proceedings seeking the appointment of third-party building management.
