About Manuel Mercader
Manuel A. Mercader comes to Azoulay Weiss with almost twenty-five years’ experience as both a litigator and transactional attorney. Mr. Mercader started his career in the litigation department of some of New York City’s largest law firms but now focuses his practice in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Azoulay Weiss, Mr. Mercader was the owner of a known and well-respected law office specializing in the area of real estate transactional engagements having represented buyers, sellers and lenders in a multitude of basic to complex real estate matters. Mr. Mercader has been designated as a preferred attorney concerning representation on development projects as well as for various brokerage houses and particular brokers throughout Manhattan and other areas in and around New York City including Long Island and Westchester. During the course of his career, Mr. Mercader has handled speaking engagements and seminars for clients and other real estate
professionals.
