About Scott Miller
Scott Miller was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised on Long Island. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1987. After working for several years as an associate at several prominent litigation law firms in Manhattan, he established the firm in downtown Brooklyn.
Scott Miller is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York as well as the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Scott Miller is a civil trial attorney with more than twenty years of experience. He has successfully counseled and represented hundreds of individuals and local businesses located throughout New York City. Miller possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, commercial and residential property leasing matters and many other types of real estate litigation.
Scott Miller has also lectured on landlord and tenant law to other attorneys at continuing legal education seminars in New York City. In fact, many other attorneys often call on him to share his opinions and expertise on landlord and tenant law and to refer matters to him as well.
In addition to his vast expertise in real estate related litigation matters, he also handles family law matters in the New York City Family Courts.
