Mitchell E. Cohen is an Associate at Azoulay & Weiss LLP  Prior to joining Azoulay & Weiss LLP, Mr. Cohen was an Associate at Hertz, Cherson & Rosenthal, P.C.

Currently, Mitchell appears in the Civil Courts, handling complex residential and commercial holdover and non-payment proceedings, as well as Civil and Small Claims proceedings.

Mr. Cohen graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology, and received a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. During law school, Mr. Cohen was a member of the Italian Law Student Association. Mitchell is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
