Carl J. Muraco, Esq. is a Partner at Azoulay Weiss LLP. He is an attorney with over 8 years ofexperience representing clients in various real estate matters and over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Muraco represents a large range of clients including clients that personally own their property to large management companies. He represents clients in landlord tenant litigation, commercial leasing and sales and purchases of real estate. Mr. Muraco has significant experience representing both Landlords and Tenants in residential and commercial litigation. Mr. Muraco has extensive knowledge and understanding of non-payment proceedings, holdover proceedings, HP proceedings and illegal evictions.

He is in court on a daily basis therefore it has become second nature to aggressively and eloquently argue his position in front of judges and against opposing counsel. Mr. Muraco is a strong negotiator who routinely obtains favorable settlement for his clients on a daily basis. Mr. Muraco is a skilled litigator and he has successfully prevailed in numerous trials. Mr. Muraco is born and raised in Brooklyn and currently resides in Fort Greene. He attended New York Law School
